DEGW and Office of Government Commerce (OGC) have collaborated on two publications, 'Working without walls' in 2004 and 'Working beyond walls' in 2008.

The publications highlight best practice and outline a series of measures to ensure the Civil Service adapts to meet the challenges of the modern age, and are set to radically enhance ways in which civil servants deliver high-quality services.
